TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- 100% Non-Refundable within 5 full business days of course start date (excluding weekends) for Rescheduling, Cancellations or Non-Attendance. Charges/Invoicing is processed per the authorized Sales Agreement and is based on the confirmed number of participants OR the actual number of participants, whichever is greater. Name changes are allowed at any time without penalty.
- IST reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather or other causes.
