Growth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated Growth Development Coordinator to assist our Sales & Marketing department in driving lead generation and expanding the business. You be tasked with researching, prospecting and qualifying leads before passing them off to Account Managers for closing. To excel in this role, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, be detail oriented, tech savvy, have excellent people skills, and be comfortable contacting prospective clients. You are driven to succeed with a solution selling focus.


Job Summary: This role will drive sustainable financial growth to the business through lead generation to boost sales and expand the business. The primary responsibility for this role is to conduct market analysis and development of strategies to generate leads and initiate contact with prospects with a focus on building a relationship between the prospective clients on our deliverables. There is a range of administrative duties associated to support the Sales & Marketing Manager.


  • Create and implement sales strategies to identify new markets to enter
  • Conduct cold calls per strategic marketing plans; identify and contact decision makers and screen potential business opportunities
  • Contact clients currently showing as ‘Leads’ and ‘Prospects’ in existing database
  • Track business leads to build a strong database with intelligence that can be leveraged to help win work
  • Conduct warm calls to existing clients within company database as means to obtain or update contact information
  • Conduct market analysis of target areas or industries
  • Development of proposals, RFP’s and tenders for new business
  • Create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as required
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
  • Cross train on other support positions
